I've watched several artists throw in the towel over the years, because of how they felt about their work or because of stuff happening in real life, or even just because they wanted to quietly disappear. But just this morning I saw two incredible artists say goodbye to DA -- one sounded like they wanted to come back eventually, after some time to take care of themselves. One sounded like they want to be gone for good. I blame neither of them for their choices, but it makes me so, so sad.
